Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. If you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, we’ll do our best to help process an exchange or return smoothly.
For purchases made directly through our website, you’ll have access to both a money-back guarantee and the option of store credit as part of our return policy. Store credit can be used on any future order with no expiry. Website orders are given priority handling for returns and exchanges.
Orders placed through third-party platforms such as Shopee or Lazada will follow the return process specific to that platform. While we apply the same care in handling these requests, refunds for marketplace orders will be limited to the methods supported by those platforms.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue your refund or store credit within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
