At The Cup Culture, we aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 working days. Working days are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends, public holidays, and store closure days. Orders placed after 12:00 pm are processed the next working day.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery and the safe retrieval of the package become the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any damage, loss, or delays caused by external factors such as mishandling by the courier, weather events, or acts of God. The condition of external packaging cannot be guaranteed, as parcels are handled by third-party couriers. We guarantee only the operational functionality of the purchased product.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the order. Heavier or larger orders may incur higher shipping charges, and customers are expected to be aware of this at checkout.
For larger or higher-value items, delivery is handled by a professional courier service that provides door-to-door delivery, sign-off, and basic setup or installation. Please note that services such as site cleaning, detailed setup guidance, or waste removal are not included in the delivery service and remain the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly arranged and agreed upon in advance.
For urgent shipping requests such as same-day or next-day delivery, additional charges will apply and must be arranged directly with our team. We also offer same-day in-store pickup, which must be confirmed with a store representative in advance.
