Cafetto Milk Frother Cleaner (MFC) is a specialised range of cleaning solutions designed to sanitise and maintain milk frothers, steam wands, and milk lines in beverage machines. These cleaners effectively remove milk residues and hard water scale, ensuring optimal hygiene and performance of your equipment.

Features:
MFC Green: An acidic, organic descaler containing biodegradable detergents derived from natural acids.
MFC Red: A high-performance acidic cleaner with strong descaling capabilities. It's designed to break down scale and remove milk build-up, making it ideal for areas with hard water.
MFC Blue: An alkaline cleaner formulated for high-performance removal of milk residues. It's particularly effective for machines used at high frequency and with high-fat dairy products.
MFC Orange: Designed to remove milk residues and hard water scale from milk lines and frothers. It's suitable for various water conditions and usage scenarios.

Specifications: Available in both liquid and powder form, are designed to remove milk residues, fats, and scale from steam wands, milk lines, and frothers. Liquid cleaners, such as MFC Green and Blue, are used by mixing 50ml of cleaner with 1 litre of warm water. Insert the milk frother’s suction tube into the solution and run a full cleaning cycle. Once complete, repeat the process with 1 litre of clean water to rinse thoroughly. This process removes milk fats, proteins, and scale from milk lines and frothing systems.

For MFC powder cleaners, dissolve the recommended amount in warm water as instructed on the label, then follow the same cleaning and rinsing process. Both liquid and powder versions are effective for daily or routine maintenance, keeping your milk system clean, hygienic, and functioning at its best.
