The Fellow Atmos Vacuum Canister is a stylish coffee and dry goods storage container designed to keep your beans fresher for longer. By removing air from the canister, Atmos helps slow down oxidation, preserving the aroma, flavour, and quality of your coffee between brews. The Atmos uses an integrated vacuum pump built into the lid. Simply twist the lid back and forth to remove air and create a vacuum seal, then press the release button when you are ready to open it. A visual seal indicator lets you know when the vacuum is locked. Available in 0.4 L, 0.7 L, and 1.2 L sizes, the canisters hold approximately 6 oz, 11 oz, and 16 oz of coffee beans respectively. The clear glass option lets you see your beans easily, while the matte stainless steel finishes offer greater durability and protection from UV light.

The Fellow Atmos is suitable for storing whole coffee beans, tea, nuts, and other dry goods. For best performance, it is recommended to store whole beans rather than ground coffee or powdered ingredients, as fine particles may clog the vacuum valve. The airtight vacuum seal also helps protect contents from moisture and unwanted odours, making it a useful addition to any coffee bar, pantry, or kitchen counter.

To care for the Fellow Atmos Vacuum Canister, hand wash the canister with a damp, non-abrasive sponge and mild soap. Do not place the canister or lid in the dishwasher. The lid should not be cleaned under running water, as liquid may enter the vacuum mechanism. Instead, wipe the lid with a damp cloth and dry it fully before use. For deeper cleaning, the gasket and filter can be removed and washed separately. Twist the lid every few days to help maintain the vacuum seal.
