Features: Three distinct shapes were created to explore how cup geometry influences flavour. The Aroma cup has a trapezoidal profile that directs coffee to the sides and back of the tongue, bringing out acidity and bright notes. The Barrel cup, inspired by a wine barrel, focuses the brew toward the front palate for a balanced, rounded flavour. The Pinot cup, known as the "flavour catcher," features a wide flared rim and thin walls that allow coffee to coat the tongue more fully, intensifying overall perception. The Sensory Flavor Cup, co-designed with 2019 World Brewers Cup Champion Du Jianing, uses a wider belly and sloped lip to capture and concentrate aromatics. Its signature pink hue adds a visual layer to the tasting experience, designed to evoke fruity and floral profiles.

Specifications: Each Origami Flavour Cup is made from Minoware porcelain, a celebrated ceramic tradition with over 1,300 years of history in Gifu, Japan. These cups are dishwasher safe but are best cared for by handwashing to preserve their elegant form. Avoid sudden thermal shock or using them directly over heat.
