We started this journal to share what doesn’t always fit on a product page — the behind-the-scenes, the quiet learnings, and the details that shape how we work.

Some entries are practical. Some are observational. All of them are written for the kind of person who reads the instructions, thinks about process, and wants to know why something works the way it does.
