Description

The CAFEC Specialty Filter Paper & Tritan Server Collection brings together a wide range of Japanese-made coffee filter papers and practical brewing servers for pour-over coffee. Designed by CAFEC, a specialist in coffee paper filter production, the range allows brewers to choose papers based on dripper shape, cup size, roast profile, and preferred flow speed. The collection includes 1-Cup and 4-Cup options for Abaca Cone, Abaca+, TH-1, TH-2, TH-3, Brown, Trapezoid, and Abaca+ DEEP27 filters, along with CAFEC Tritan Servers in small and large sizes.

The CAFEC Abaca Cone Filter Paper is made with Abaca fibre, also known as Manila hemp, blended with wood pulp for strength, elasticity, and good water permeability. It is a versatile everyday filter for clean and balanced pour-over brewing. Abaca+ is designed for faster and smoother flow, giving skilled brewers more control over extraction speed. For roast-specific brewing, the TH-1 is suited for light roasts, helping highlight aroma and a clean cup. TH-2 is designed for dark roasts, supporting body and sweetness. TH-3 is suited for medium-dark roasts, helping bring out balance and flavour.

The Brown Filter Paper offers a more natural paper option for everyday brewing, while the Trapezoid Filter Paper is made for wedge-style brewers. The Abaca+ DEEP27 Filter Paper is designed specially for CAFEC’s DEEP27 dripper, supporting a deeper filtering layer for a rich and expressive single-cup brew. The 1-Cup size is ideal for solo brewing, while the 4-Cup size is suitable for larger servings or brewing for sharing.

The CAFEC Tritan Coffee Servers are lightweight, durable, and made for daily coffee brewing. Available in small and large sizes, they feature clear cup markings to help you monitor brew volume more easily. Tritan material makes the server strong, practical, and resistant to everyday knocks compared with traditional glass servers, while still maintaining a clean and transparent look for coffee service.

To use the filter papers, fold along the seam, place the paper into the dripper, and rinse with hot water before brewing to reduce paper taste and help preheat your brewing setup. Store unused filters in a cool, dry place away from moisture and strong odours. For the Tritan servers, wash with mild dish soap after use and avoid abrasive scrubbers that may scratch the surface. Allow all brewing equipment to dry fully before storing.
