Fellow Stagg EKG Electric Kettle

The Fellow Stagg EKG Electric Brewing Kettle is a precision electric kettle designed for pour-over coffee, tea, and daily brewing. With its minimalist silhouette, precision gooseneck spout, and accurate temperature control, it helps create a more consistent and controlled brewing experience. Available in Matte Black, Matte White, and Green Maple, the Stagg EKG is a stylish and functional centrepiece for any coffee setup.

The Stagg EKG features to-the-degree temperature control powered by a PID controller, allowing you to heat water to your desired brewing temperature between 57°C and 100°C. Its powerful 1200W heating element heats quickly, while the 60-minute hold mode keeps water at your selected temperature. A built-in brew stopwatch helps you time your pour-over recipe accurately, and the display can be toggled between Celsius and Fahrenheit. With a 0.9L capacity and 304 stainless steel body, it is made for precise and reliable daily use.

The Fellow Corvo EKG Matte Black offers the same precise temperature control and clean design in a wider spout format. It is ideal for tea, cupping, immersion brewing, French press, AeroPress, and general hot water use where a gooseneck pour is not required. The wider spout gives a faster, more direct pour while keeping the same smart temperature control that makes the EKG range so practical.

The Fellow Stagg EKG Pro Black is the more advanced version of the Stagg EKG, made for users who want a more refined kettle workflow. It keeps the precision pour-over design while adding a more premium control experience, making it suitable for serious home brewers who want greater control, consistency, and a cleaner daily brewing routine.

The Fellow Wood Accent Handle Kits are replacement handle and lid pull sets designed to refresh or personalise compatible Fellow kettles. Available in Maple and Walnut, they allow you to change the look and feel of your kettle while keeping Fellow’s clean design language. These kits are compatible with the Stagg EKG, Corvo EKG, and Raven stovetop kettles. They are not compatible with the EKG Pro, EKG Pro Studio, or Electric Clyde models.

All electric kettle models are supplied in a 220V to 240V configuration with UK Type G plug, suitable for Singapore outlets. To care for the kettle, wipe the exterior with a soft damp cloth and avoid immersing the base, cable, or electrical parts in water. Descale the kettle when needed, especially when using harder water. For Maple or Walnut handle kits, apply food-safe mineral oil periodically to help prevent the wood from drying or cracking, and avoid soaking the wood or placing it in the dishwasher.
