As Flair’s original manual espresso press, it gives you a hands-on brewing experience using only freshly ground coffee, boiled water, and direct lever pressure. The Flair Classic is built to produce professional quality espresso with a dose of up to 18 g of coffee and 60 ml of boiled water, yielding up to 40 ml of espresso with crema. The relaunched Classic includes both the Bottomless 2-in-1 Portafilter and the Flow Control Portafilter, giving brewers the choice between more control or greater convenience. To care for the Flair Classic, allow the brewing components to cool after use before removing them. Detach the brewing head, separate the parts, and rinse them under cool water to remove coffee grounds and oils. Dry all components fully before reassembling or storing the brewer.
